How enquiries, listing approval, documents and seller plans work on GENSETZ.
Use Browse by Capacity or the filters on the Generators page to narrow listings by kVA range, brand and location. Open a listing to see its specifications, photos, nameplate photo and any video or documents the seller has added.
Send an enquiry from the listing page with your requirement and contact details. The seller receives it and contacts you directly to discuss price, availability, inspection and delivery. GENSETZ does not negotiate on your behalf or take part in the sale.
Yes. Every listing is reviewed by the GENSETZ team before it is published, to check that the required details, photos and nameplate photo are present and that the listing appears genuine. This review is not a physical inspection or a guarantee of condition.
No. Inspection, load testing, payment, transport, installation and any warranty are arranged directly between buyer and seller. We recommend inspecting the set with a qualified technician and agreeing all terms in writing before making payment.
Listings range from around 15 kVA sets for shops and small offices to 1000+ kVA units for factories, hospitals and data centres. What is available at any time depends on what sellers have listed.
Dealers, distributors, resellers, rental companies and individual owners of used or refurbished diesel generators can register as sellers, set up a company profile and start listing.
Key details of the generator such as capacity (kVA), make, model, condition and location, at least two clear photos and a photo of the nameplate. You can also add a 30-second walkaround video and PDF documents such as test reports and warranty papers.
New sellers get a free listing period to get started. After that, you can continue listing by choosing a paid plan. Plan details and prices in INR are shared on the platform and by our team.
Sellers can add GST and PAN details to their company profile. These are recorded as submitted and are not automatically verified by GENSETZ, so buyers should confirm business details directly with the seller before transacting.
You will be notified by email when your listing is approved or if our team needs you to change something. You can also check the status of each listing in your seller dashboard.
